Alexis Stimmel

Alexis Desmone Stimmel is a Master Hair Stylist with more than 35 years of professional experience in the beauty industry. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Alexis discovered her passion for hairstyling early in life and has dedicated her career to helping clients feel confident and beautiful through her craft.

A graduate of Pittsburgh Beauty Academy (Class of 1990), Alexis has continually pursued advanced education throughout her career. She has served as an educator for Donna Bella Hair Extensions, specializing in fusions and microbeads, and is proud to be a Color Ambassador for L’Oréal Professionnel. Her ongoing training includes advanced certifications in textured hair, short hair design, blonding, balayage, dimensional color, gray blending, keratin treatments, barbering, and more. Alexis’s artistry is defined by her attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to excellence. She has a particular passion for dimensional color, blonding techniques, pixie cuts, and razor cutting. She values the opportunity to connect with clients from all walks of life and believes that personalized, attentive service is at the heart of great hairstyling. For the past eight years, Alexis has been a valued member of the Studio Raw Elite team, where she continues to collaborate with talented colleagues who inspire her to keep learning and evolving. Outside of the salon, Alexis enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, exploring interior design, and sharing moments with her friends, family, and her cat, Diesel.
