Life doesn’t always go according to plan. There are seasons when everything feels heavier—when stress builds, relationships feel strained, or you’re simply searching for clarity and purpose. In those moments, having a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported can make all the difference.
That’s exactly what The Struggle Bus is here to offer.
A Community Built on Real Talk and Real Support
The Struggle Bus is more than just a meeting—it’s a welcoming, judgment-free community for anyone navigating a tough season. Whether you're dealing with stress, struggling in relationships, working through addiction, or just feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone.
This is a space where you can come exactly as you are. No pressure. No expectations. Just support.
What to Expect
Each gathering is thoughtfully structured to create a safe and meaningful experience:
- A simple opening centered around a single word—like self-worth, forgiveness, or growth
- An open sharing space, where participants can speak for a few minutes or simply listen
- A reflective close with practical tools and encouragement to carry forward
You’re always welcome to participate at your own comfort level—whether that means sharing your story or just being present.
When & Where
- When: Last Tuesday of every month
- Time: 6:00 PM (approximately 75 minutes)
- Where: Studio Raw, 3185 Babcock Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA
The group is led by Samantha Goldberg, MSW, a Shame & Leadership Coach who brings both professional insight and genuine compassion to every session.
Why Spaces Like This Matter
In a world where it’s easy to feel isolated, spaces like The Struggle Bus remind us that we’re not alone in what we’re going through. Sharing—even silently—can be powerful. Listening can be healing. And simply showing up can be the first step toward something better.
Come As You Are
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to have the “right” words. You just need to show up.
And if someone you know could use this kind of support, invite them to join you.
Because no one should have to navigate the hard seasons alone—and sometimes, the best thing we can do is ride it out together.
