DEPOSITS:

The following deposits are required when scheduling appointments. The deposit will be applied to your service at checkout. You may also roll your deposit over for future appointments.

Haircut/ Barbering: $25
Haircut & Color: $75
Color only: $50
Vivid Colors: $100
Perms/ Smoothing: $50
Brazillian Blowout: $100

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Scheduled appointments must be canceled before 24 hours to avoid loss of deposit. Please call 412.367.2444 when canceling.

TARDINESS:

Clients late for scheduled appointments in excess of 15 minutes of starting time may need to reschedule to complete service in the proper timing.

CREDIT CARD:

A 3% credit card fee will be added to all credit card and debit card transactions. There is no fee for cash or check transactions. An ATM is on-site for your convenience.

GRATUITY:

Tips can be allocated to your stylist via Cash, Check or Venmo. We are unable to accept credit card tips.

CONSULTATIONS:

All new clients and clients desiring a change from their last service will be required to have a consultation with a stylist to determine final outcome and Pricing.

SERVICE DISSATISFACTION:

If you are dissatisfied with your hair service, please contact Studio Raw within one week for a resolution. It is always our goal that service expectations are met.
